About the Role

UrbanSceneries Consulting is hiring a remote, part-time Grant Writer to support its growing work with purpose-driven nonprofits. The ideal candidate is passionate about advancing minority-led and youth-serving organizations by identifying grant opportunities, writing persuasive proposals, and shaping strong narratives that align with mission-driven goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant funding opportunities

• Write compelling grant proposals and applications

• Collaborate with team members and clients to develop impact-driven narratives

• Support ongoing fundraising strategy with clear, persuasive writing

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in grant writing (volunteer or professional)

• Strong writing and editing skills

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated

• Passionate about social impact, equity, and nonprofit growth
