About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager for LATAM, you will manage a portfolio of 100–150 nonprofit accounts, supporting them across their lifecycle—from implementation to growth. You’ll serve as their main contact, driving engagement, resolving issues, and identifying upsell opportunities. This is a fast-paced, growth-focused role ideal for a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy relationship builder.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management

Manage the full lifecycle of 100–150 nonprofit accounts

Lead onboarding, training, and product adoption

Serve as the main contact for all client interactions

Deliver quarterly account reviews and performance updates
Relationship Growth

Retain and expand accounts through risk mitigation and value delivery

Deepen stakeholder relationships, including senior leadership

Identify upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities
-
Own escalations and resolve them promptly
Strategy & Collaboration

Meet or exceed growth and retention KPIs
-
Analyze customer data and usage trends to inform strategic actions
-
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams
-
Advocate for customer needs in product feedback loops
Skills and Qualifications
-
5–8 years in SaaS customer success
-
Experience managing $2M+ ARR across a customer portfolio
-
Skilled in CRMs, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and digital marketing
-
Strong communication and presentation skills
-
Ability to manage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
-
Data-driven mindset with strong KPI awareness
-
Self-starter comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
-
Available to work flexible hours as needed
