Location: Remote (working EST hours)
Compensation: $60/hour
Contract Duration: 18 months

About the Role
A major nonprofit membership organization focused on advocating for older adults is hiring a Marketing Technology and Support Analyst to support and optimize its enterprise-level digital platform.
Key Responsibilities

Provide user support across CMS platforms, analytics tools, SharePoint, and Teams

Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain up-to-date training documentation

Generate and interpret reports using Adobe Analytics and Excel

Translate data insights into actionable recommendations

Recommend improvements to digital platforms and manage change processes

Support campaign tracking and assist with digital asset creation
Requirements
-
5+ years of experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or AEM
-
5+ years of experience using Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
-
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft SharePoint/Teams
-
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Bachelor’s degree required

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
