Responsibilities

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple projects and deadlines
  • Understanding of nonprofit budgeting, compliance, and documentation needs
  • Experience coordinating HR-related tasks such as hiring, benefits, or remote team support
  • Comfortable working with sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to work across cultures and time zones
  • Commitment to values of equity, collaboration, and accountability

Nice to Have

  • Experience with global compliance, contracting, or working with vendors across borders

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $65,000 to $85,000 USD per year (adjusted for location, experience, and budget)
